I don't know if others have found this but to me it seems like with every transaction I make with ASA publications they manage to stuff something up. To confirm this I just had a quick scan though my email sent items box and sure enough about 90% of my orders / subscriptions have involved me either emailing or calling to sort out a missing item / wrong item / overcharge / using a courier that doesn't deliver to within 100km of where I live... etc. etc...

yeah i agree. I thought id get my 12months renewal in before it expires, but they have doubled up on the march Ersa, but it has also happened with my maps to/ you think that they would have a data base with the dates etc.
