bushie, I know you is a short bloke.....but did you have to duck?

XXX......... nahh don't think so, It was a pretty funny set of circumstances during a really distressful time for many. That came about from just phoning a friend to see how they were, and rather than them needing help, they asked the town. Date Roll it was...and bug spray. I think the Aerogaurd was more important.

Sure is wet there 185......lucky our Beachie mate has many aquatic vehicles to get home. How would floats go on that A36 Bonanna Boat ya reckon?

morno......you just getting home now?? Long nights work for all you guys!
Yes, poor morno saw the sunrise well before he got into bed. And as such, morno has only just gotten out of bed too.

Judging by what's going on out west, could even be another long night yet....

185, good luck to everyone in the 'Ville. I remember in 2008 how anxious everyone was when the river was coming up and that peaked a lot lower than it's supposed to this time!

The Big Bang Theory...in an aircraft engine.

Hi Ex-FSO Griffo,

"Give you a 'thrill' when that 'let go'? "

Yes, it certainly got my attention, but it was a lot less dramatic than you'd imagine. I had a magneto let go on a Cessna 310 and its failure was associated with a lot more vibration. Still, this was an interesting day.

Cheers

Owen

It looks cold. Kind of like where you could find Lutefisk and Smalahove......

A 747 at the rainbow's end.

Hi All,
I took this shot at Sydney Airport recently on a rather wet day.

Will see what I can come up with. Trying to lay off the float machines for a while as 75% of my pics tend to be them!
