Ive Just Got My SPL
Ive Just Got my Students Licence and I will be doing all the theory to get me up to GFPT Level and 10 hours flying on the holidays, my question is
My Medical Certificate Came today, and it says put this in your plastic licence wallet thing, I dont have the plastic wallet? Also Does it matter that i only have the Licence thats is the black and white one or do i have to have the colour one?

Mate don't stress, its not meant to be that hard. CASA will send you a nice green plastic thingy when you get your PPL through. You can buy an "aftermarket" one from most pilot shops or just keep it it your wallet for now.
And by the way the colour ones are that poor you will preferthe B&W

monty's SPL
Hi Monty - bring your SPL to the camp in the hols and hand it over to your Instructor to go into your file - just make sure you get him to copy it for you - I think Capt Ron and Tommy Mac will be there with a few other Instructors

Hmmm. Flying...in holidays at PCK.....flying suits by any chance? 
Montyjames I think I recognise- with some sewing to do before the holidays if I recall correctly. I'm not so sure about the tealady though. I may need to do a bit of research with that one!

Monty, a licence is just a piece of paper, paper-clip it on to your medical and stick in in a safe plastic envelope and you'll only need to produce it occasionally.
Once you have the ARN # you can't lose it (unless stupidity, ie DWD, drugs , bank robbing{let me know} and so forth).
