One waypoint that didn't hang around for a while (funnily enough) was MESUX.
Renamed as ROSEY (fairly quickly tho') about 108nm south of YPKA..
Can only imagine what the crews thought as they reported that one

Petitioned ASA to change the Jandakot SIDS (MANTLE & ARMAD) to SPLASH and CRASH respectively (ie. what happens when the POS P68N loses a donk), they didnt budge.....

'Probably' inappropriate, but perhaps 'PORNO' may present itself on H/L ERC Charts.

There is an RNAV Rwy 8 approach going into phoenix Arizona,one of the fixes is:
