Why are ASL so inept?

Unhappy Couldn't agree more...

Have heard many similar stories - and considered writing an article for sumbission to one or other of the flying magazines.

Bloke who sat ATPL Flight Planning with me had the exam download without the left hand frame with all the little pink dots in it. This meant that not only did he not know what marks where attributed to each question, but in order to ensure that he had actually answered them all, he had scroll through hitting the "next question" button. Not a lot of fun in an extremely time critical exam.

He got 68% and took it up with ASL immediately - not sure of the result, but suspect he would have got a free resit at best.

As mentioned earlier, if this level of service was provided (or not!) in anything other than a monopoly, the company would not survive.....
