Pilot Scheduling Rulebook Alaska/Horizon
 

I remember reading that Alaska Airlines and/or Horizon had some kind of "scheduling rulebook" instead of conventional planning rules sometime in the past. Anyone who remembers this or is able to give some details on how that worked or who's even able to share those rules?
