Flight school in Cali for instructing
 

Can anyone recommend a flight school in California for instructing ? I'm a new CFI MEI and would like to transfer to Arizona or Cali this winter. Finding the most suitable flight school is a tough job. At first was considering CAE in Phoenix AZ but I think now they require CFII to get hired.

Hopefully gonna find a school that could "pay" for my Cfii training. Looking into SAA flight school in San diego too but would like to have more knowledge about other schools.
