Accident Reports of US A/C overseas

Could anyone tell me if it is possible to obtain copies of accident reports to a US registered aircraft which crashes outside the USA in the jurisdiction of another country?

It's possible.

Thanks Flyboyike - would it be through the NTSB do you know as I did try and contact them about this by e mail but heard nothing back?

NTSB has a website with with Aviation Accident Reports. You can find it using a search engine.

One of the NTSB search pages is here:

https://www.ntsb.gov/investigations/SitePages/dms.aspx

If you know the date of the accident you can often get a hit on this monthly listing:

https://www.ntsb.gov/_layouts/ntsb.aviation/month.aspx

A trade school in Florida has some NTSB reports online:

https://huntlibrary.erau.edu/collect...cident-reports

Some international and older reports are here under the 'Accident Reports' icon (was that a picture of Stan Rodman's T-28 that had the prop come off at Navy Corpus in 1975?):

https://prcarc1.erau.edu/portal/index.html

Many non-fatal international incidents from years past were not widely documented but may show up in a company safety newsletter or an old newspaper clipping. An example is in this PPRuNe thread from earlier in the month:

Hope this helps. :ok:
