Optima Pilots Guide problems?
I've just paid for my subscription renewal after the reminder email.
I got the payment confirmation and they've charged my card but I am still waiting for the code to put into the app. They don't respond to emails and both telephone numbers go straight to a message saying that the mailbox for this number is full. They're not really close enough to me to drop in. Anyone know whats going on? Are they in trouble? Anyone in Paso Robles? Wondering if I should start a charge back for my subscription. HTC |
Well I finally got an email with my code, no explantion for the delay though.
Oh, and the app doesn't work with ios 11... HTC |
That's right. It hasn't been updated since early 2013 and isn't compatible with iOS 11. Known problem.
