EASA & FAA B737 Check Rides USA

Hi Everyone,

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this, but looking to see if there is anyone out there in the wilds who is alone and needing a PIC check ride in the next few months on the B737?
Looking to get both my Euro and USA licences done, and looking to see if I can partner up with anyone while I am over.
It would seem that the check rides need to be done as 2 separate events.

Also, any ideas of places that can do both tests. I know Pan Am in Miami do, but open to other suggestions.

Thanks.

J

It would be of interest to me but it boils down to cost. I have an FAA ATP and an EASA ATPL. I also have the 737 on my EASA license but not on my FAA ATP.
I have thousands of hours PIC on the 737 and would be interested in a checkride to get the Aircraft on my FAA certificate. The problem I have encountered is it appears the training establishments such as Pan Am want you to do a full type rating. Maybe you know different?

Most Type Ratings Schools offer short courses if you are typed on the aircraft on an ICAO license or have experience on type (usually 200 hrs) as SIC. The EASA check-ride and the FAA initial type ride are usually separate. On the FAA, failure of any maneuver is a bust.
