Delta Goes For eVTOL ?

So Delta has announced they're spending serious money on some as yet unproven eVTOL gizmo to take people from home to the airport ? KLAX and KJFK are the first locations.

Who will avail themselves of this rather luxury option ? I'd guess people for whom money isn't all that much of a problem.

OK...so this demographic lives in Manhattan or downtown LA. This gizmo will pick you up exactly where in Manhattan or LA ? And what about the luggage of this demographic ? Will that thing carry 4 pax and their luggage ?

And now the most important question: Who's going to fly these things ? Part 135 ? OK...what are the pilot quals to fly this unproven thing ? And what about weather ?

Airlines allegedly have trouble finding pilots for their mainline ops (I doubt that) so where are the pilots coming from to fly these unproven gizmos ?

Wet CPLs ? OK...
