Maintaining ICAO and FAA Licence

Can anyone tell me if I can maintain my FAA A320 Rating and keep current by using my ICAO licence in an airline operation system? Or will I be required to complete an FAA check specifically? Maybe it's just the case of sending supporting documents to the FAA after each Sim?

Thanks.

Unless you are flying an N reg aircraft there is no need to keep your FAA ATP 320 sim proficiency. When you again want to fly an N reg aircraft you will have to do a sim check in an FAA approved sim with an FAA approved examiner.
