Cape Air <==>Mountain Air Cargo
Some interesting two-way action here:
“Under the new program announced Feb. 21, Cape Air twin-engine piston pilots can transition into Mountain Air Cargo ATR 42/72 twin-engine turboprops to gain pilot in command (PIC) turbine time. Mountain Air Cargo pilots who fly Cessna C208B Caravan single-engine turboprops can gain PIC multi-engine flight time as captains at Cape Air.”

the majors seem to want 1000 PIC TURBINE....skip Cape Air...leave them for the retired major pilots who have too many ex-wives to pay to retire
