Delta's Propel Pilot Program
This is probably complex enough to warrant its own thread. It's Delta's latest effort at head hunting and covers college, CFI and regional aspects:

Well, I could've predicted this:
"It has been confirmed that these students would have the option of building time at Endeavor. Your MEC, and I personally, share your concerns about any program being put in place at Endeavor that offers others a better pathway to Delta than what is being offered to our current cadre..."

This is an interesting statement from the Endeavor MEC linked just above. I wonder what it means:
"With the authorization of the MEC, the Negotiating Committee has entered into initial discussions on the topic of career progression for our seniority list pilots with Endeavor and Delta. Although a detailed timeline has not been set, we feel the initial meetings have been positive and productive, and we look forward to the opportunity to continue this dialogue in the coming weeks."

From an AA Wholly Owned, I sincerely hope Endevor gets a flow agreement.
As it stands AA management is not increasing pay rates at regionals using the excuse that they have flow to mainline, which is legitimate in some respects as they’re still filling classes. If Endevor gets a true flow then that sets the new industry standard across the board on all fronts, and you will see AA struggle to fill regional classes.

Three decades ago ALPA decided to flow commuter pilots from Ransome Airlines onto the Pan Am seniority list with their Ransome date of hire. They came over on the A-scale while all of the regular Pan Am newhires were on the B-scale. Ransome was renamed Pan Am express and the commuter date of hire was still honored as the pilots 'flowed' onto the Pan seniority list ahead of the Pan Am hires.
Many of these folks ended up on the Delta seniority list after the demise of Pan Am.
The Comair pilots tried to hijack the Delta seniority list in a similar fashion with some encouragement from ALPA. The Deltoids stood firm however and it didn't happen.

This Propel thing will take years to play out but I'd guess it'll have a LOT of fine print making it more or less The World's Longest Job Interview with no giveaways. I'd be surprised to see DL institute a "flow" in the Envoy-AA mode.
An inkling of the DL mindset can be gleaned from the details of their now defunct Endeavor-to-Delta program (I lost track of what became of it). Warning: there's a danger of large clumps of your brain cells imploding in death spasms of boredom while reading it:
