JFK - lined up - wrong runway

Terribly written article in fact I wouldn't even call it a news article. Looks like Dec 5th Volaris 880 on FA site.

I know I shouldn't bother, but what is there to suggest anything about a wrong runway?

What part of

Volaris 880 was talking to Kennedy Tower on 119.1 and cleared to land on 13L. Brickyard 4231 was on 123.9 and cleared for takeoff on 13R.

Volaris lined up on 13R, was told by tower to come left, they said (wisely in my opinion) that they were going around.

On the other freq Endeavour (489?) holding short of 13R told the tower someone was lined up on the runway. Tower said 'I see that' and canceled the Brickyard 4231 takeoff clearance.

Volaris 880 is told that they are lining up on the wrong runway about 24:10 into this LiveATC.net clip:

EK207 below minimums on Canarsie approach

Dec 4th A388 midway during turn on short final. 200 feet AGL according to FAA radar.

In other breaking news, 25 airlines refueled at SFO, while 32 loaded passengers. Film at 11:00.
