Flight Time Limitations - Subpart Q

I'm looking for a working document on Flight Time Limitations specific to Swedish operators. I believe that the points system is no longer used and that Sweden is now using EU-Ops Subpart Q.
Can anyone confirm this and if possible point me in the right direction to obtain such a document?

Basically i'm looking for further clarification on the Window Of Circadian Low (WOCL).

Thanks.

EU-OPS subpart Q is in effect and most (?) member states have adopted this.

The short version of the WOCL is that between 2am-6am, Flight Duty is counted with 150%.

To Bfisk. Ok, well thanks for the rather vague reply. Do you know which member states are not using Subpart Q?

Can you send or point me in the right direction for a more clearer & understandable version of the document that Swedish operators are using?

Well, each operator must make and follow and operations manual, and this is the governing document for that operator. However, that manual shall be in compliance with national regulations, which in most cases happen to be EU-OPS. Note however that EU-OPS in itself is not automatically law, it has to be made into law by each member country, thus allowing for national variations/exceptions/interpretations. I've been told this is not the case with the coming EASA OPS.

By googling I found this document. Use the search function to find "Subpart Q" and you will find it. I'm not sure it's updated, though.

I hope that's a bit less vague!
