Transwede is now recruiting pilots
Transwede Airways is one of the airlines in Braathens Aviation. Transwede is operating 4 AVRO RJ70 (70-82 pax.congfig.) and 2 AVRO RJ 85. Presently are we operating on an wet-lease operation for Scandinavian Airlines and for Air One on 6 routes and in the near future 5 routes will be added. At present the aircrafts are based in Stockholm Arlanda, Oslo, Milan-Linate and in Rome Fiumincino. Main operation is in and out of London City Airport.

We are now expanding our fleet and our routes for our customers.

Minimum Qualifications Commanders:
- 4000h Total flight time.
- 1000h on AVRO RJ or 2000h on Multiengine turbine aircraft over 40 ton.
- Medical Class 1
- ATPL(preferred) or CPL-with ATPL theory
- EU citizenship and EU issued pilot license
- Fluent in one Scandinavian language

Final date of applications: ASAP, latest 2007-12-31.


Minimum Qualifications First Officers
- CPL/ATPL (frozen)
- MCC
- Medical Class 1
- EU citizenship and EU issued pilot license

You will be stationed either in Stockholm, London, Oslo, Milano.

Also, gossip has it that all pilots needed had already been put onto type-rating courses before that very date!
Could be that the jungle-telegraph delivered the wrong message though or the webmaster just forgot to take the ad down!:hmm:


Anyone with any insight, that care to share?!

Anyone who knows what kind of experience Transwede actually is looking for? I got a thank you for your interest….bla bla bla usual stuff and have 1700 hrs of which 1000 multicrew JAR25 TP.
