Well, regarding your question about "aircraft conditions", the answer is on their web page:

"The SAAB 340 makes travel for passengers a lot more comfortable and quieter, compared to similar category of airplanes"

Feel free to pm me, trust me, you dont want to go there.

It´s ok to start of there with a brand new 340 rating and make a few hundred hours of experience. It´s not a company to stay with or to learn from. Lots of eastern state mentality regarding sop and airmanship. I know a few pilots that joined and left as soon as they could after finding new jobs. If you cant find a better start anywhere else-why not. Just watch yourself and stay safe and you´ll be fine.
