I think the thread starter has some good and legitimate questions. I used to know one guy working there, and as far as I know he was happy with it. He was able to live in Oslo and drive to work when called.

I guess you could always make a phone call to mr. Nilsen and ask him!

Are they only looking for captains or they accept first officers as well??

Any insiders who know if they only look for captains with 2500h + ? Or is there a chance for a Norwegian guy with just below 1000h tt..

Mr speedbrake, I believe 1000hrs is the absolute minimum, but who knows you might know somebody, that usually helps!
