Beer call in Oslo or Jessheim in August?
 

Anybody up for a beer call in Oslo or Jessheim in August? Meet old colleagues and some new ones?

It so happens that the TowerDog is planning a trip to the old country towards the end of August.

No firm schedule yet, but probably USAir or Continental to Gardemoen around the 26. of August or so..(End of bikini season..I know.:sad:)

After a day or so to rest, then up North to Vesterålen to visit father for a few days, then to TRD for a few to see old pals, then back to Florida the 4th or 5th day of September..All in all, perhaps 9 or 10 days in the old country.:cool:

Would like to do Bodø for a couple of days to hug and kiss old friends, and uh, Bergen where the bad guys hang out, but doubt my liver and my vacation can handle all of the above..:=

I happen to have room in my sleeping-bag, and I promise to behave..:E

If indeed that is you little girl, don't be shy, come and say hello to the old TowerDog and a good time could be had. Mum is the word.:oh:

TD, I might just be in Bodø at the end of August, just need to doublecheck my roster first. Would be nice to meet and greet. Of course over a tall, cold and frosty one, which will set you back about half a month`s salary:{ but still:E

Last time I visited Norway, January 2007, stopped in Bodø for a few days drinking cold and frosty ones with Widerøe buds from Flight School..Still have a hang-over..:sad:

Negative, I drank the local brew: Nordlands øl some such thing.
Gave me some bad hangovers, day after day...:sad:

As I grew up on Dahls I am quite used to Norwegian beer, but the stuff from Bodø did not agree with me..I can drink 8 to 10 German half-liters of beer without feeling too bad the next day, but those days in Bodø, in Earl's condo, was pretty rough untill I started the process over again...:E

Maybe you should avoid it in the future and drink something lighter...

It depends when you're going there! I'm going away for about a week in the beginning of next month and moving some weeks later. Otherwise I could come to Florida!

Have 5 days off from aug 29th....
Have some friends and colleagues that would like to meet you too.
My boat is in the water,(actually both of them)so a trip to a nearby beach is not a problem.
Other than the fact that our beaches have no pubs....
Oh well, we won't stay away that long...

I am however starting to back pedal a bit as I may be tied up with other things. (not Emma and her hand-cuffs :p) but rather some stuff I am doing on the side in Florida...Looks like I will be a busy dude and hard to break away for another social journey.

Allah knows I just got back from quality diving and rum tasting in St.Croix 2 days ago, and from a 3 week sailing trip in June.

My new dog is wondering who the hell I am as go to work between the vacations and almost never home.

Hence I altering course on that trip to Norway, just may stay home instead.
Do some doggie bonding and take advantage of the cheap real estate market before prices start to climb again.

Come to Florida and visit instead, late summer and early fall may even bless us with a 'cane or two..:suspect:

Wish I could live the life of my doggie: Eat, sleep, play and fart...And with the nuts gone, there is no rush to chase lady dogs around unless they want to play.

They do, they sure do for the first 60 years of life: Cost ya money, time and pain in the arse they do. (Don't do it the wrong way however..:sad:)

So, ah life without them nuts, and consequently them bitches, would be fairly straightforward: Eat, drink, sleep, play and fart. :E

One could even fly aero-planes for days on end without chasing female stews and getting in trouble for doing it, or for not doing it..:sad:

Now listed on AA 56 MIA to LHR the 2nd of January, connecting with SAS to OSL, then SAS to BOO.

Will be there for a few days, then SAS to TRD the 6th or 7th, then OSL the 8th or 9th.

Anybody wanting to play, pipe up and will see ya in the old (and cold) country in a few days.

Unless some crazed Abdul or Abdullah is trying to blow up my ride, or I get bumped on my stand-by ticket, I should be there as advertized: Roll out the moonshine and them babes..:E

Deretter flere tilsvarende kvelder i Trondheim, måtte bare runde av og reise hejm den 8. Januar. Levra sendte opp hvit flagg...:sad:

Sitter nå i Florida og ser på at Guanaer detter ut av trær pga streng kulde.

MEN nå skjønner jeg jo at det kan være noe i den teorien! Det ble vel i hvertfall månelyst da Towerdog ble kastet ut av baren. :E

Bestandig visst at den gjengen var idioter som blander relgion, politik, kosthold
og terrorisme, men at de var så ut på jordet visste jeg ikke.
