Are there any danes here, working at Wideroe ?

Yes there are quite a few of them by now. 7 days on, 7 days off calls for "unproblematic" commuting.

I am thinking of applying for a job there, and I would just like to talk to some of you how are already there. The reason that I am applying is the challenging flying, and that I would like to fly airline. How is the working climate/kulture?. How does the schedule work 7/7 from DK would make it a 9/5 five right? What are the starting bases typically (North right?). Hope you can help me out.

I´m commuting from CPH. Lives in Scania. Works just fine and if you are lucky, you get a late start and a early off. Then it is 7/7. Worst case is 8/6, never 9/5.
And yes, you will be based in Bodö or Tromsö for the first couple of years. It´s just a matter of bidding.

Time to different bases:

BOO/TOS: One of these from day 1 after course/type rating (Dash 100/300)
TRF: 1.5 - 3 years (Dash -300/Q400)
BGO: 2 - 4 years (Dash 100/300)
OSL: 3 - 5 years (Dash 100/300)

Out of curiosity, are wf pilots allowed some sort of ID travel with other companies?

ID-travel with SAS, Star Alliance network, and almost all other companies around the world. Enjoy!

If hired, WF will pay commuting from your nearest airport (within Scandinavia) to your WF-base.

The job just became 2000% more attractive. I thought you paid your own proceeding, but with ID tickets and first night in hotel if arriving the night before for an early start.

You have to pay for hotel/apartment at base of course :) Approx NOK 500 per night in hotel, and if you hire an apartment together with colleges, approx 1500-2000 NOK per month.
