And how about their need of pilots??

Best Regards:)

Hi - a good way to make it all the way to the top - start by changing your user name to VAK instead of SAC.
SAC is a name which makes management goes ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL the way into orbit - and promise to stay out of union work and you will be just fine.
Good luck and enjoy. Twin2040

Entry test

Entry test are pretty straight forward.
Maths, Personality, IQ - stuff.
No know-all-about-aviation related test.
Then a ride in some old sim.

They are hiring at the moment, but last thing I heard was that only 2 slots are still open.

Chances are, that there will be more openings for F/O's in the near future.

The union thing TWIN is referring to, is the latest agreement negociation with the pilots, that caused high seas in the relationship between management and pilots.
You will like to know, that the new contract holds significant improvements in rostering. Not a fixed one, but something that will let you live a semi-normal life, when not at work.

Very nice guys working in Star Air !

Yeah...maybe that's a good idea to base us all there. Perhaps that solves the current problem with the per-diem....:ugh: :}
