For what base are you interviewed for? Since they seem to start a Tallinn base

You get an offer for employment if you pass the interview and tests.
The offer is for Cityjet and the bases they have for SAS operation.
CPH, ARN, HEL and TLL.
For now separate aggreements are being negotiated for the different bases. At least for CPH which are the new base for Cityjet.
Opertunity to change base within Cityjet is a possibiblity they have been talking about.
For now I believe they mostly offer TLL as a start base.

TLL base

Those Irish never stop. Helsinki base has cl agreement until spring 2018, which is a pain in the ass for Irish at a moment because pilots do not agree to do stand by for free. So just use your imagination what will happen spring 2018 when Low cost TLL base is running?
Correct answer = winner is Norwegian!!

Hello ladies and playboys !
Working under ACMI deal for Cityjet now close to almost two years has proven inhuman in all aspects.
Rosters for 6 dayson/2days off and so on.. usually in Norway 6 sectors a day without RNP capability just because Cityjet does not understand planes can really navigate solely on GPS.
Acute shortage of pilots, especially captains who are bailing out while they can.Answer to this; more Irish stick, new copilots sign bond to bases like Tallin and Vilnius for three years/30000e and without to have FD on roster.. . Not to mention in these countries you do not know word CLA, or at least Irish have never heard about it. So we are totally screwed......
Shame on you SAS....

Death will make a difference

A crash with some 70 dead Scandinavians would probably change all of that. SAS management should be held accountable accordingly, when it happens. Poor passengers and their families.

I've got experience with CJ at ARN base and you sound exactly like those bitter ex Blue 1 pilots who still have their mind set at 1980s. They have min 10 days off / month and 33 days VAC and good salary at least in Scandi bases, but yes it's a lot of work and everything is not perfect but where will you not work a lot these days? What happens else where (Tallinn/Vilna) might be another story so please put your propaganda and negativity else where and quit our company if it's that bad...........

Oh and of course you are the thread starter so you can spread your sh#t here..

Well we have both different views and different bases. Estonian bases etc are prob total shi t and so on but the Scandi bases TCs are for sure not TOTAL shi t. That's my and many others view. Didn't say it was perfect but a pretty good deal and CLAs and so on (same level as SAS/Norw).

And the best thing is that I can put my shi t here also for you tw@ts to read =D

Second warning card up for Cityjet !!

How do you expain this my professional aviator fellows ? First warning card; pilots dump plane at fl200 over Copenhagen and continue FL 90 to ARN? Second warning; card landing EFTU with U-turn during landing skid in snowfall!!
More to come !!!!
This was all unfortunately foreseen two years ago when SAS handed operation to Cityjet !!!
Come and join red and white my fellows while you can!!!

If you get the job you will ask yourself whether this is what pilot job should be like.
Although they are undergoing deep changes so maybe (really?) it’ll be ok.
