What's that gender quota thing in Norway?
I am about to relocate to Norway, joining my girlfriend who works there.
During my last visit I talked to this guy who is head of a kindergarden. He told me he advanced pretty fast in the preschool biz due to quotas. So apparently, it works both ways up there?
Which made me think - do they have gender quotas in Norwegian aviation as well? I know that would not exactly be in my favor. Which is why I ask. Gotta know the competition, right. So if I show up a rookie with 800h and in walks a rookette with 800h, do they have to hire her?
