I have not had a fuellie in the cockpit (where the gauges are) in 25 years. Maybe you guys have fuel gauges in the outside fuel panel?

This kind of story would be EASILY checked by checking the departure fuel and the flight time etc...as we all know.

Sounds like duck, looks like a duck, smells like a duck....it just might be a ...........

Nope!

So I gather that the 737 does have fuel gauges at the outside fuel panel...

No wouldn't touch the stuff......fly people with money!

80% av alle flyene som lander på TOS er 737. De som fyller drivstoff i Tromsø kjenner flytypen veldig godt. Noe særlig under 2 tonn med fuel etter landing tror jeg sjelden de ser. Denne fuelgubben som har fylt dette flyet har altså tatt VELDIG feil.
300kg, det er 150 kg i hver tank! Det er ekstremt lite. Tommelfingerregel så brenner en 737 2 tonn i timen.

Denne fuelgubben har altså ikke snakket med noen andre før han rapporterte dette videre???? Ingen andre har sett at fuelmålerene stod på 300kg?

Men men, mannen tok feil. Det var tydeligvis mer enn 300 kg i tankene!
