So in order to replace the guys going for 787 or retirements, will the union allow arpi pilots in scandi bases in the future?
Norwegian guys going for the 787?? Now that´s a good one

ja folkens, da gikk det som noen av dere antok... første Parc kontrakt for Norwegian med base i spania!

Fått førstehåndsinfo om at det (så langt ikke ser ut som om det) ikke blir noen normale ansettelser neste år...kun kontrakter. Drittvilkår og drittlønn. Fy faen.

Er det kjent hvilke betingelser de har, disse PARC-pilotene? Er det snakk om spanioler eller skandinaver som skal fly motsatt (Malaga-TRF-Malaga), og oppretter DY en egen base for disse der nede?

Bare en ulik manpower.
Da ser det ut til at bk holdt ord...ikke flere faste nas kontrakter ?
Med smitt og smule , ca 40000NOK.(FO)
Dette var ventet,eller. Kun 6 mnd kontrakt, med mulig forlengelse.
Hvordan skal det flys ?
Neste blir vel Torp...

Dette har, sammenliknet med snart hvilket yrke som helst , blitt en virkelighet, som jeg for få år siden ikke trodde ville bli realitet. Er klar over alle forhold som dikterer dagens virkelighet, men stiller et stort spørsmål til om noen har tenkt på hvor dette vil ende ?

Er klar over alle forhold som dikterer dagens virkelighet, men stiller et stort spørsmål til om noen har tenkt på hvor dette vil ende ?
Det vil ende med at flyene i fremtiden ruller ut fra fabrikkene i Toulouse og Seattle med en fin, liten box påmontert cockpitdøra. På døra står det CRE(W)DITCARDS ONLY

PARC is recruiting FOs for AGP basing. Any idea how many pilots will be based there?
Where did you get this from? Only info I can find on the Parc Aviation website is available positions for FO and captains from March 2012. Base to be decided. Says nothing about airline or any other details really.

It could very well be more than 100 AGP-pilots in the end. It all depends how much leeway the union will allow, and whether or not this is the only new contract base DY will open. (Probably not)

1. Salary:
3,800 Euro per month
The Personnel will be compensated for working on a day off by payment of 1/20th of base salary for each day so worked.
2. Per Diem: 500 Euro per month pro rata
3. Annual Leave:
Annual leave shall accrue at the rate of 2.5 days per month of assignment.
4. Work Pattern:
As per the airlines procedures
5. Accommodation:
An allowance of 800 Euro per month will be paid towards accommodation and transport.
Hotel accommodation will be provided at out stations.
6. Ground Transportation:
Ground transport will be provided to and from airfields at outstations.
7. Air Transportation:
Personnel may avail of travel on Norwegian flights as per Norwegian Practices

Må si jeg er gled jeg ikke valgte fixed wing. Ser ikke ut som markedet er så greit for dere. Husker Luftfarsskolen proklamerte hvor gode tider det ville bli, og representanten fra Norwegian la ut om hvor mye folk de kom til å trenge. It´s a dog eat dog world.

The captain's salary for Malaga is twice that of a Helsinki captain??

Talk about divide and conquer.

Have to say, ultimately the company pays out the same money to each pilot on contract. How much is siphoned off is down to the contract company. PARC is obviously just being realistic, honest and humane. Nice to see these days.

Helsinki is a lot more expensive than Fuengirola.

Har fanget opp litt histen og pisten om "ståa" i Norwegian.

Det er i dag ca 640 fast ansatte piloter.
Resten er på kontrakt. Det blir i fremtiden kun ansatt på kontrakt.
Du er ikke garantert å beholde den basen du har, men de fast ansatte vil forbli fast ansatt.

Er dette sånn ca riktig?

Given the nature of this business, a bit silly to post in a language many of us don't understand. . . but, this IS your Scandi language forum, so you can, as much as you want. .so , it's an observation, rather than a criticism.
As, very much, an outsider, I am interested to know, what is your assumedly, strong union doing to protect you long term? What I heard, they have accepted to take contract prostitutes (like me) as long as the existing guys keep their T's & C's. . .isn't that a rather short term/defeatist solution ? basically it is saying, the good days are done, protect who is here today, & tomorrows guys ? well, you are f*cked. . . but then, sorry Sir, so are you/the Union, because who is going to pay Union Dues to just accept whatever sh1te is proposed to replace what everyone WANTED to sign up for ?
I pose this question from the outside, as a current contract "whore"/ ex Ryanair (lets not go there) pilot, who had some admiration for what you guys HAD.
What are you (or your union ) doing ? I would like to hear, because every one who falls, falls for us all. . . Thank You , for not falling !

Ikke engang alle pilotene i SAS er i samme forening! Hadde alle i SAS (WF)og alle i Norwegian vært i samme forening hadde det kanskje vært en snøballs sjans i h......
Norske myndigheter er fullstendig utspilt i denne sammenheng. Det er EU og EØS regler som gjelder. Det ser vi tydelig i saken med West Air Cargo.

Vi står ikke sammen som yrkesgruppe selv om IFALPA jobber med nebb og klør i blant annet saken om nye tjenestegjøringsregler.
