So-Be it! So I guess you`ll pull in your tummy and put on your best beach shorts and sandals, and hang out around any keg... just in case

Nah, don't hang out at public beaches any more...Hate being mobbed by lusty girls wanting my body...
(No 'mo beer belly, into a midlife crises right now and I frequent the gym on a regular basis, buffed up and ready for action and counter-action.)

The old dog sail to the Bahamas instead and hang out on unihabitated beaches that has not seen human footprints since Colombus's days.

Aye, quiet in the Viking Bar these days...
Wasse matter boys, ya'll flat out with a spring-break hangover?

Not so around here, of all the places they could send me, they choose Honolulu. (Hawaii for the landlubbers)

Ineteresting place but this town is just another touristrap.
(Perhaps not bad if one is into picking up young Japanes tourist girls and go disco-ducking)

For peace loving naturalists like the old dog however, some of the other Hawaiian islands are muck to prefer. Like Maui (Where I did my first honey-moon in 1984...Steaming hot that was..)
Something magic about the Pacific Islands anyway, highky recommended.

Back to San Fran today, then tomorrow good 'ol Florida, more palmtrees and sunshine.

We don't do spring-break over here,....remember?!
We're just being lazyyyyyy!!

Would've been nice to see Hawaii.
Don't miss FL particularly though.
Will however probably go there this fall, to go visit some relatives living by the shores of Okeechobee. (spelling? ....think I have to rip out them ol' sectionals again!! )

Going to Sälen/Trysil next week instead!
It's not exactly "le alps", but it will have to suffice!

Aye, watch out for Knut, he be a mean dude....

See in FL this fall, bring sunglasses and shorts, and if ya really wanne hang out, buy a one-way ticket and settle in Margaritaville.

Now in San Fransisco, cold here. As some wise man has said: If ya loose yer wallet on the sidewalk in San Fran, don't bend over to pick it up, rather kick it in front of you until ya get to Oakland.

Deadheading home this morning..74 hours so far this month, the old dog needs a break, a warm woman and a cold beer.

Many a times however one gets met by a cold woman and a warm beer.

If crew schedule assigns me a 10 hour trip tomorrow, I'd be done for the month and could hang out in the vikingbar some more, or even better, go sailing.....Bikini babes with a sailing itch can sign up right here, don't be shy.

Ya know the longest bridge in the world is the Oakland-SF Bay Bridge....? It goes all the way from Africa to Fairyland

Are we in the Viking Bar now or not?

Gonna grab me a nice XO and hang out for awhile. Drinks anyone?

I'm bl**dy, ferkin' late for the drinks as usual!!!
For that very reason, I'll be soothing my inner self with a nice glass of Ardbeg, me thinks..... ......or maybe Bowmore.......or maybe Laphroaig?
Choices, choices, choices......

Yet another day came and went,.....kids with running noses and fever, screamin' `n´hollarin' and the missus putting on a show (not the kind you'd like though )!!!
Jeeez, when will it ever end?!?!

TD,...you might see me in FL sooner than expected!!!!

Guttn,
Politically correct or not. That was a pretty good one!

Uh, would that be like hmm, Mellanøl, or uh, sockerdrikan or whatever you light-weigths use to drink way back when I grew up in the neigborhood..?

Not sure I took to those hobby-drinks, but things may have improved lately..?

It goes all the way from Africa to Fairyland
Yes, there is quite a few of those bridges in this and other countries: Being liberal and all we won't even touch the subject: That being said, going as far South as Denmark the IQ starts to drop and we need a bridge to link 'em to the modern world.

...and don't you even think about faking your age at the door!! (You'll see what I mean once you get there! )

BTW; There's no sockerdricka to be had in this 'ere household!!

Aye, ya are talking Scotch...?

(Yes I entered the door, correct age and all)

The old dog is not a scotch drinker...Don't like the stuff. Sailors drink rum.

Aye mate, don't forget that Denmark ruled Norway for a few hundred years while we were down on our knees, poor and beaten by the plaque. (Svartedauen, black death for the infidels in the colonies)

So, uh no mercy, the memories of having Flip Flop Flyer and similar flatlanders rule the masters of the North indeed needs corrective action and you will never forget the unjust treatment as long as the Norske's are in charge of them braincells, on the other hand, payment to justice can be made to the TowerDog's beer-fund and then some..So don't be shy, bow yer head in guilt while ya cut a check and lick the stamp for the letter containing the check to TowerDog's house. Shame on you, shame, shame....

I¨ll accept responsability for the plaque, and what else terrible stuff that happened to you guys up north at the hands of drunk Danes, EXCEPT what ever Flip Flop Flyer has done north of Skagerak. Nobody, whatever his deed, should have to be made responsible for FFF s actions.
You accept Visa?

Well, okay I shall be a good dubee and I shall accept yer Visa card.
(Be sure to hide the transaction from little wifey, she of course would think that ya just spent good Kroners on bad girls, but uh, you and I know better don't we...?)

Chalk up a point for good attitude there and credit Mr. MadDog Driver just in case he goes to heaven...
