Hello Pointer!!
Yes, sort of ex-NewAir. I got my rating through them and was supposed to start flying for them as an F/O. Unfortunately things then took a turn for the worse and I never got a starting date.
Now I am with Denim Air...I think quite a few guys went to VLM.

And back to the thread...!!!
So, all you Swedes who should be close(r) to the happenings than most of us; what is the story about DanFly and their students. Did they have a high failure rate at some point, or is that just a rumour? How many students have signed up and gone through the DanFly course? And, and, and.

I ran into a couple of pilots the othe day who told me that DanFly and its Chief Flight Instructor for the B737 program had departed their working relationship. According to these guys, students already enrolled in a B737 type rating course with DanFly will be able to continue and finish it in Amsterdam (?).
They had some info on what happend all of a sudden, but could not give any facts. Consequently, I can not/willo not go into any guesswork around this.
But sad for the students it is, whatever happend
