Air Publications

Ladies/Gentlemen,

I'm interested in obtaining a copy of AP3225 to assist in my flight training, but I feel that I may face quite a struggle in getting it. Can anyone offer their opinion on my likelihood of succeeding, or, even better, guidance as to how best to go about this task? If it makes any difference I have signed the Official Secrets Act, and am well aware of the sensitivity of classified documents. Lastly, can anyone provide a link that lists all of the Air Publications.

Regards

Which one was 3225 again? Was that the one about the negative G pushover problems with respect to inverted flight tanks?

Did you mean AP 3456, The Royal Air Force Manual of Flying? If you go to http://www.centralflyingschool.org.uk/Today/3456.htm , all is revealed. It will, of course, cost you if you want to buy it. If you have access to the MoD Intranet, you can view it free at (UNCLAS), http://www.ap3456.dii.r.mil.uk/ .

I have seen AP3456 on the Intranet, and excellent it is too, but AP3225 is the Flight Instructor's Handbook a.k.a. 'Bible' developed at Central Flying School.

Anyone who can help can p.m. me if they wish.
