NSB Statutory Instrument bringing Parts 1-3 of the Bill into law on 20th Dec 23 has been promulgated as of 27 Nov 23

The bill will have large impacts for any ex-service personnel who work for foreign powers as there is no ‘enemy’ list to check against. You will be expected beyond that date to register with Govt to work for a foreign power.

@ahwalk01 that might be the case but what of those training the Saudis, Ukraine, Nigeria, Sudan etc?? How will HMG enforce this law given the legal ramifications it likely opens up for BAe and the likes operating with ex-UK Military personnel all over the world?

None of them are our adversaries?
