Sorry - but the original title is wrong IMHO.

Nothing to do with misplaced humour.

This young man is doing something many of his age are not - he deserves full support and does not need subtle comments which he might - and I certainly - do not understand.

Go for it, young man, and ignore any negative waves!!

Obviously aircrew - if he was a controller he’d have a pint at every pub along the route......
