Central flying school in the 1950’s
Long shot here, but does anyone remember flying Chipmunk G AMUF ? I have a feeling looking at sequential registrations of other chipmunks delivered directly to the CFS in 1952 that they would have been in the silver livery with the red flying school emblem in the cowling ? Even longer shot - does anyone have a photo ? Many thanks as always Charles |

Many thanks as always Charles This is what she would have looked like when she was training in the 50s with the College of Air Training at Hamble. https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/pprune....f26453585.jpeg |
The Mk.21 was built "from the ground up" as a civil aircraft.
