Cockpit on Ebay, Whistling tit?

There is a cockpit section on ebay, looks like an Argosy

Yup, that's the general consensous on Flypast, they are hoping someone will rescue and rebuild it, when you look at what the guy has done with the old A1 Frightning cockpit you will be amazed at what they can do with love care and a fistful of folding stuff.

It looks like a simulator cockpit with the screen mountings on the outside of the window frames.

There was a travelling RAF recruiting show in the seventies that would exhibit in places that did not have a local RAF base. They had a 'working' Argosy cockpit plus other static airframes or parts of them.
I could well be that one.

Could be the Benson Sim if it has survived.

Oops - edited to say doubtful because Benson's sim was a vertical model not CRTs.
