Females have been flying fast jets for longer than many people know.

Five of them were colleagues of mine.

I don't suppose the Lightning had leading edge slats.......

Looks like some had flaps though.

Lucky they put the pretty (?) ones at the front. The gals in the back row are rough!!

Actually I am more fascinated by fast female jet pilots than female fast jet pilots.
