Sir! Excellent post! You said in perfect phraseology precisely what I attempted to say in my original post. THANK YOU!

I wonder if you live in the "Ooter" Banks? My wife was the Assistant Curator of the Outer Banks History Center. We lived on the north end of Manteo between the Lost Colony open air theater and Andy Griffith's place. She learned to fly at the Manteo Airport while I squandered money deep sea fishing. When she would return from a flying lesson, we would embrace and I would tell her that she was conquering the same sky as Orville and Wilbur did all those years ago! We would smile and retreat to our porch which overlooked Roanoke Sound with the Wright Memorial and its eight-second beacon directly across from us. Great days, those!

Cincinnati is a wonderful town, but God knows how I miss, need, and love the ocean and those skies there above...
