We all knew about the split between the pay rise and the non-consolidated one off bonus, we just stupidly assumed they would pay the bonus as a lump sum rather than in dribs and drabs over 5 months!

I understood what you you meant but my broader point is that the Government pledged to accept all pay review board recommendations in full then proceeded to mess about with them all except their own..
