4 jets trailing high over cromer today
 

Myself and some young ladies in Cromer Norfolk very excited about some
4 fighters in formation trailing over us this morning around 0930.
Sort of coming from north east ish, prob around 30k. Left some pretty things
in the sky I was told, and agree.
Anyone know?

No doubt it'll have been F15's out of Lakenheath.

There have been exercises NOTAM'd all of last week, haven't looked this week, but could have something to do with that. I know the 22's have been taking part in ACM against the Typhoon.

"30k over Norfolk" Apologies for the confusion. What I was meaning was: The 4 jets in question were miles to high to be going to Lakenheath, albeit heading in that general direction from North Norfolk

Who said they were going to Lakenheath?
