Just seen an article in the MoS claiming the MOD have interfered with the weather to allow non stop Ops, who decides the rubbish that is allowed to be printed by these people.

The MoD did the same thing in the UK this winter. They deliberately diverted all the rain away from the RAF and RN airfields to Carlisle.

They (locals, esp farmers..) are taking the whole thing seriously here and the press are having a field day. Notwithstanding our parliament debated the contentious issue this week and are taking steps to uncover the truth, our local expat paper published quite a funny debunking article today.......

Didn't realise it was still that many, Roadster. Maybe I shouldn't have included the RN in that dreadful slur because I suspect a bearded ex-RN officer will be along shortly to point out that the RAF conspired to make it rain on a couple of RN bases too.
