I am pretty sure we can hire, on a cash basis, a few Serbian SAM teams to protect ourselves against this newold threat. :} Given how the contracting for mercs business has boom in the US DoD in the past couple of decades, there may already be a contingency/on demand contract for same on the table somewhere. :p

Not only is the link many years old the grainy satellite image is a bit OTT given that the exhibit is on public display; there are many ground level pictures of it.
