Wasn't there a case where some civilians flew with the Reds 2/3 years ago in a private arrangement connected to a financial donation which wasn't really talked about and went away quietly, or did I get the wrong end of the stick and have a false memory of it?

If true, perhaps money talks and I expect to see a short passenger writing off two flying helmets by banging Red 1's with his on the way out to the flightline soon.

According to a reliable source of mine who was there at the time ..Oh Yes He Did - upchucking everywhere - though I am told 'Goose' (Anthony Edwards) did quite well.
