Nice Video

Just nice, nothing more.

Why is it the Youtube button never works properly for me. :ugh::ugh:

Wander00 23rd Jul 2014 21:42

Yup, very nice

Fox3WheresMyBanana 23rd Jul 2014 21:58

Thanks, MightyGem

Pprune Youtube lesson - you need to copy the Youtube video code, that's the bit after the "v=" in the youtube address bar, then paste it between the two pairs of Youtube square brackets that appear in your post after you've clicked the Youtube button.

This is the original Sky fighters HD promo from which some of your video's scenes were nicked. p.s. don't bother with the full movie - the plot is awful; all the best bits are in this promo.

The vid is not available on mobile devices, or so it says.

As for the video button. Just do this; go to the YouTube page, copy it's address from the address line at the top of your browser. Paste that into the PPRuNe post, without using any of the buttons. It will just turn into an embedded vid once you've posted it. :ok:

Excellent. Thanks for posting.

Anyone know where the ejection video comes from ?

SpazSinbad 24th Jul 2014 01:08

The silliness of getting 'some' utube videos to show here perhaps has to do with this discovery? Change the 'https' in the original Utube URL to 'http' ONLY. Thereby

SpazSinbad 24th Jul 2014 01:52

Ejection sequence looks like a CGI:

You mean like these two examples, taken during an aviation tour I did in 2011?

Nice pix, OPF. I really like the head-on view of the Corsair, with that gorgeous wing profile. Nothing else like it.

Thanks. I was pasting in the whole lot. However, I shall probably forget by the next time I do it. :(

You've got to hand it to the French

This is a bit old but is some amazing in-flight and A2A footage. And beautifully edited / put together / set to music

HOW close is some of their formation flying?????

Yes, yes, we did it first in the mid - late 90s but, newer cameras and editing facilities notwithstanding, this is just brilliant
