I like John Sargeant. He has that boyish enthusiasm but gets serious when it matters.

Any mention of the Canadian one? Heading to UK next month.

Missed it last night, but just now watched it on BBC iPlayer, excellent.

Usual caveat though about Dresden, and the 'International Outcry' that followed it. It was a BBC programme though, so to be expected I guess.

Why the 'secrecy' about the downed 'Lanc in the Lake' at Peenemunde? The Germans seem to be quite clear about which one it was and who died in it, after all they(?) stuck the info on a notice attached to the fuselage. I'm quite sure that the evidence (part serial nos. etc) would confirm its ID, I suspect that it already has. So why make an issue of it?
