When he was first posted to Valley there was an unofficial warning pushed out that if any publicity seeking dolly wanted to get into the papers by being rescued by Prince William she had better have a load of dosh in her bank.

I think these girls' piggy banks are safe enough.

Does he have a Personal Protection Officer on board with him? Might account for the extra POB
