BBC News - Red Arrows to remain at RAF Scampton in Lincolnshire

Seems the Reds will stay at Scampton after all.

Good news, but is there any more money for infrastructure

Good news that a decision has finally been made, I only wonder if there will now be any more money for infrastructure. Resurfacing the runway is obviously essential but what about quality of life issues such as upgrading quarters and moving all of the Messes onto the Scampton site (last I heard the Officers and SNCOs were having to share a Mess 15 miles away at Kirton in Lindsey)?
