It was a bit 'sign on' but no worse for that. Someone paid a lot of money for that film and frankly, they did a great job.

I enjoyed it. Having done tactical low level and AAR tankers, now working with fast jet mission systems and AWACS, it's good to have a little look at how it hangs together.

I also took the RAF Buccaneers over to Red Flag for their first appearance - they did SOo well.

I think the biggest moment of bravery was from the dude standing next to the engine being run up to full reheat:}...about minute 28...

There's nothing in it about Crazy Horse 2 or the Elephant Bar!:E

Err, some HUD images show an altitude of c.10k' when at extreme low level over the bondu. The joys of CGI. I suppose Mary Poppins couldn't really fly either..........
