The very fact that PVR times have increased and that you may be, allegedly, grounded after PVR, shows that manning are crapping themselves over the outflow. Just wait for the "Nobody left to fly RAF planes" news headlines to start and the government may have to answer some difficult questions. For what its worth very similar goings on in the engineering world. Certain fast Jet Squadrons are bleeding fast with experience as the bubble has finally burst after many years of warnings. I think the final breaking straw has to be the expenses and the pension changes, just wait till Sept when its serious PVR time for those who failed to get redundency. Interesting few months ahead but rumour is all trades now getting PVR times upped to 12 months to follow in line with the flying staff.
