Blue Forces is a Regulated firm.

FSA Register

There is currently no record of default for them, but if a Regulated firm fails, you may be able to claim compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

Compensation

If you are a former client of Blue Forces, contact the FSA immediately and appraise them of what is happening. Blue Forces is a member of 'SIIAP', but I wouldn't pay too much attention to those 'codes of practice'. :oh:

Blue Forces is also an Appointed Representative of the Lighthouse Group.

FSA Register

.. so they may be worth a call if you are getting nowhere. In essence, The Lighthouse Group will be responsible for various Compliancy and other administration and (possibly) payment details.

Phew, thought you were referring to the RAF for a minute there........

DOH!

sobering reading the thread on ARRSE - much as we love ribbing the pongoes, not what you need to be worrying about when you're in IED-alley. Looks like someone connected with the original failed company may even be cheeky enough to be trying to take up the accounts of those affected! How may times do we see company directors legging it with proceeds scot-free to re-appear with a new company the day after (even if it means getting the missus to register as director or changing your surname). Hope some of the army lads catch up with him for a 'debrief' in looking after our forces:ok:
