Any Harrier pilots?
Does anyone know if there are any current or former Harrier/Sea Harrier pilots on this forum? If so, I'd be grateful for any pointers to the right people! Thanks!

The two I know are John Farley and Edmund Spencer.
John the obvious one that I suspect you knew, and if you search for Falklands crash sites in this forum you'll find Edmund, there may be more Harrier pilots in there (which incidently is an excellent thread). |

Ask away and I will do my best. I flew the SHAR and now fly the GR9. Regards B and Y |

Probably none available at the moment! They have all been over North Norfolk today.....much to mine and my son's delight!

FB11 has been known to pole the SHAR and GR7/9. He even found time to to write a very fine book about his experience rocky-side.

Hey Monsieur Parry, how did you know
Yes, I WAS a mate of the bona persuasion (Senior Service). I was going to say, 'and so's my wife', but that would have been a lie. VANE!!! |
Did somebody say Sea Harrier?
I thought we all flew them...
|
DBTW, we are not worthy to have you in our midst. Your recent media fame as Sea Harrier pilot extrodinaire puts the rest of us all to shame. :)

How do you know there is a harrier pilot on the forum?
He'll tell you! :ok: |
Flew you in a T-Bird
Hi Tim, flew you in a T8, would be more than happy to chat having flown both types.
Please PM me. Regards FNS |
Good grief, you have a long memory Sir! I will PM you on that subject of course!
Thanks for the replies guys, much appreciated. |
