Apache - Southampton area 11/3/2010
To the Apache crew who flew in the vicinity of Marchwood at about 100' MSD - thanks :ok:.
Don't see many of you over this way. House is GR SU 390 114 (you were about 50 yds north)- directly opposite the two 'laid up' orange cargo ships that you flew past in a south easterly direction at 1732 (ish). |
I did that once....flew around Marchwood at 100' MSD..
ended up in the dwang with the Low Fly Police....hmmmppphhhh Hope the Apache crew get away with it |
VVC - technically, it was over the water about 50 Yds in front of my house so no worries :ok:. 100' MSD is a guess (seen through the Velux windows) having flown Lynx in the dim and distant past... it wasn't much higher and great to see :)

If it was the same one that stopped in for tea and biscuits at a South London airport last night, thanks for showing me around the cockpit!
