BISCUITS to DE-ICE?

Hi all just a quick question,

Since the suspension of biscuits at a secret Oxon airbase:eek:, would there be any scope to using the mountain of biscuits remaining on the shelves as a rudimentary type of grit. I don’t know if the custard creams would help but the oat biscuit must have some de icing ability.
Oh well at least there isn’t a war on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay safe.

Strawberry creams !

TAC Queen 7th Jan 2010 20:50

“Strawberry creams”

As I embrace the RAF policy on equal opportunity and sexual equality I cannot justify typing
“GAYER”
:=:=As that would be wrong on so many levels. :O

Standing by for incoming and spelling corrections.

Personally I believe Highland Shorties do the trick much better than any other.

(Kirsty Young counts as well!)

Biscuits, Brown. Nothing else comes close. BDR repairs, flak jacket filling, friction surface, very small sand bags, anything but eat the bl00dy things .....

Sorry but could only get strawberry creams on the squadrons, and I am not suggesting anything !!!!"

Oh I don't know, I rather like biscuits brown. Developed a taste for them when I was in Baghdad and spent 5 months eating them with the chilli cheese spread from the US MRE packs.

Bit of a stop/go combo there, how would that work?
On second thoughts....

Why no bikkits at Cartoontown Int anyway? Obese Police?

Lionel Lion 8th Jan 2010 10:40

Please please tell us why no biscuits??? Or is an interview with no tea or biscuits with hat??

higthepig 8th Jan 2010 11:50

Thread creep perhaps,

I think cream crackers would be good

Biscuits, Brown, AB

I'm sure that they were devised at the munitions development place as a handy alternative when one has run out of things that go fast and bang. I'm sure that the AB stood for "Alternative Bombs" instead of "Alternative Bread".

They sure as hell weren't intended to be eaten.

Orig designed for the cavalwy. If the farrier couldn't get through you shod yer nag with Bix AB and Harry Maskers, (being unable to get a nail through said biccy).
